A rare and exciting teaching opportunity has arisen at The English School, Kuwait. Due to exponential growth within our successful, ISI rated, excellent school, we wish to appoint a dynamic, well-qualified and committed Teacher of Arabic with an outstanding track record. The successful candidate will have at least three years teaching experience and be committed to our values and ethos; understand what excellence looks like within the subject of Arabic and contribute positively to a widely recognised high performing and well respected department. They will teach both Arab and non-Arab children from ages 5 to 14 and must demonstrate an understanding of the needs of these age ranges as well as excellent curriculum knowledge. A Bachelor degree specializing in Arabic Language, with Kuwait Ministry of Education approval and teaching qualifications are essential for this post, and in addition, spoken and written English must be to a high standard. Knowledge of Google systems and remote learning strategies would be an advantage, however, full training is available for the successful candidate.

This rewarding role involves working closely with the Head of Arabic to ensure high levels of pupils attainment and progress are maintained.
