We are seeking to appoint a respected, qualified Key Stage 1 teacher to join our friendly, efficient and extremely successful phase of the school. Start date for this position is September 2020. The successful candidate will be required to teach a Year 1 or Year 2 class with full responsibility for their general classroom education and pastoral well-being. Our children are well behaved and highly motivated pupils with a keen desire to learn and excel. At TES we follow the National Curriculum for England, adapting to suit our location and our diverse pupil body. We expect our children to be confident enquirers by the time they transition to the Prep department and to this end we promote enquiry based learning across the Pre-Prep school. The successful candidate will need to be positive, enthusiastic and creative in their approach.
Candidates must have British qualifications. They are expected to hold a Bachelor’s degree and a recognised teaching qualification. Prior experience in an international school setting is not essential.
